Shipping Weight:

Certain items exceeding weight and size limitations are excluded from all shipping promotions and may require additional shipping fees.

Shipping Charges and Taxes:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery method, weight, and dimensions of each item and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and adjusted as changes are applied to your cart. 

Sales tax applied to your order is a combination of state and local taxes, determined by the item(s) in your order, shipping charges or discounts, and the shipping destination.

Order Processing:

We strive to process online orders as soon as possible, typically 1-2 business days. Processing time, and delivery, is dependent on payment authorization, product inventory, and weather conditions or delays outside our control. We may contact you for additional information if necessary. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, except on nationally observed holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Notifications:

Should we discover any issues with availability of an item(s) while processing your order, a Customer Relations Representative will contact you to discuss possible options.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. Your shipments' tracking number will also be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to be available on the career website.

Inclement Weather:

Occasionally there are unexpected shipping delays due to weather. Please check our website for any conditions that may adversely affect your shipment.

Signatures:

Orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery.
